Styropack packaging is manufactured from Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) an uniquely resource efficient material that is 98% air.

The closed cell structure captures air to create an incredibly lightweight, protective, insulating packaging material with a low carbon footprint.

All Styropack manufacturing sites are certified to ISO 14001 Environmental Management System Standard.

Our design methods ensure that the minimum amount of material is used to create your packaging solution.

​

EPS is 100% recyclable  – thousands of tonnes of EPS are recycled every year in the UK.

No CFCs or HCFCs are used in the manufacture of EPS.
