Styropack scored an overall customer satisfaction rating of 89.7% in a recent independent survey. This outstanding score put the UK’s leading EPS (expanded polystyrene) packaging manufacturer at the top of a customer satisfaction league table of 200 manufacturers and, very near the top, of a league table of 1,000 companies.
Styropack also achieved an 80% satisfaction rating from the customers who actively promote the brand, “These are outstanding results,” says Richard Lee, Managing Director, Styropack. “We’ve been in business for over 50 years. This shows that our success and longevity is based not just upon our manufacturing expertise and experience, but also on our customer service which is a key focus for everyone in the business.
The survey was conducted by customer experience consultancy, TLF: “This is the first year that we’ve partnered Styropack in measuring their customers’ level of satisfaction,” comments Chris Elliott of TLF. “The impressive results are well above average for our overall client base. This demonstrates both a high level of consistency in Styropack’s customer service and a clear commitment to doing best at what matters most to their customers.”
“Customers identified areas including product quality, availability and ease of ordering as most important to them but also identified the important impact that Styropack staff have on their overall levels of satisfaction. Despite the strong numbers, the survey also gave insight into how Styropack can further improve, something I am confident will be a key focus for Styropack prior to the next survey”
In agreeing with this assessment, Richard says, “We know there’s always room for improvement and TLF’s survey is helping us determine our customer service priorities for this year. Next time, we’ll be aiming for a score in the 90s!”
