When will my packaging arrive?

Once you’ve bought your packaging, you will receive an email confirming your payment and informing you that your order is being processed.

We endeavour to dispatch goods within 1-3 working days. However, please allow up to 5-7 working days for delivery.

Incorrectly supplied or damaged products:

If you’ve received the wrong boxes or damaged packaging on delivery, please follow the steps below:

  • Please check all products you receive against your order.
  • If the products you receive are incorrectly supplied or not as described on delivery, note the details and inform us by phone or e-mail.
  • Please let our sales team know if you have received incorrect or damaged products within 5 days of delivery.
  • Once you let us know, we’ll be happy to replace any damaged or incorrect boxes – free of charge.
  • If you let us know after the 5 day period, your request will be void and we will assume your order is correct.

How do I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel (or are considering cancelling) your order, please be aware of the following terms that apply:

  • It is important you let us know, before your items are dispatched. A refund can only be arranged once you’ve made us aware of the cancellation and requested a refund.
  • Once we’ve approved your refund, it will be sent to your PayPal account.

How long will my refund take?

Ideally refunds should be processed between 1-3 working days. If this not the case, we will update you on any delays.

When Would I Be Eligible For A Refund?

Refunds can only be arranged, if you cancel your order before it’s dispatched.
